An attorney-client relationship is formed only after a conflict check has been completed, and a written engagement agreement is signed by both parties.

Appointment Scheduling Terms

By scheduling an appointment, you agree (1) you are requesting a consultation only, (2) scheduling does not establish legal representation, (3) you will provide accurate and complete information, and (4) you agree to any stated consultation fees, cancellation policies, or terms.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a fee or forfeiture of prepaid consultation.

Any fees paid (1)are governed by the terms of any signed engagement agreement, (2)may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated, and (3) do not guarantee any specific legal outcome.

Legal services are limited strictly to those outlined in a written engagement agreement. No ongoing obligation or duty exists without such agreement.

Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Legal matters are inherently uncertain.
